Non-Personal Information

Eligibility screening tool. You may choose to use our screening tool to determine your eligibility for the trial. Through this screening tool, we may request certain health information from you. We may also ask for your ZIP code to inform you about study sites near you. This information is not combined with your personal information and we do not use this information to identify you. We use the information that you submit when using our eligibility screening feature only to determine your eligibility to participate in the trial. We do not retain this information when you leave the Site.

Other non-personal information. As you navigate through this Site, we may collect certain non-personal information using various technologies and means, such as cookies, Internet tags, web beacons and navigational data collection. For example, your Internet browser automatically transmits to this Site some of this non-personal information, such as the URL of the website you just came from, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the browser version your computer is currently using.
